Globeleq’s AI Adoption Journey: How Bumblebee Enabled the Change
Updated: 6 days ago
Bumblebee designed and delivered an AI change management programme adapted to Globeleq's culture, operational needs and governance expectations. The programme began with the fundamentals: explaining what AI could be used for, demystifying the tools and clarifying their limitations. Each stage was aligned with Globeleq's AI acceptance policies so that employees could explore the technology within clear organisational boundaries.
Bumblebee then delivered hybrid prompt-engineering and skills-enablement workshops. These sessions helped employees improve how they engaged with AI, including how to analyse multiple documents types, extract relevant information and refine prompts to achieve more meaningful and useful results. The learning was grounded in the work that employees already performed, rather than in abstract demonstrations.
The programme has progressed from using AI tools to creating personal bots and working with agent-building capabilities. Bumblebee guided employees through this transition so that they could begin developing solutions relevant to their own roles and workflows. This was a deliberate move towards self-sufficiency, leaving staff with the confidence and practical foundation to extend their own capabilities after the formal training had concluded.
